1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kokki website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kokki provides an on-demand meal kit delivery service. We offer pre-portioned ingredients and recipes delivered to your door. Our service is available in designated delivery areas within South Africa.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated time window. Delivery fees may apply based on your location. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. We are not responsible for perishable items left unattended.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Refund eligibility depends on the order status at the time of cancellation. Please contact us at hello@kokki.co.za for refund requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kokki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
